ABOUT GROUP TRAINING

Our group classes are for all fitness levels, from beginners to advance. Our classes are designed to work all muscle groups with a variety of exercises to improve strength and condition the body which will include upper, lower body, H.I.I.T and circuit style workouts but not limited to. We will incorporate weights and different equipments such as slam balls, hex bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. We also have designated outdoor days which will focus on cardio, to improve your cardiovascular endurance and over all fitness.
